Group Exercise Classes
ACTIVE ADULT
Start your day with this challenging and safe low impact workout. We will work on muscle conditioning, stretching and flexibility.
YOGA
A conditioning class for your mind, body and soul. Promoting an overall sense of well-being. This class will improve your strength, flexibility and breathing. All levels welcome.
SPINNING™
The Spinning program is a stationary biking class, which provides you with a challenging cardiovascular workout for all fitness levels. Your instructor will guide you through an all terrain ride including flats, hills and climbs set to motivating music. Join us for an exciting, upbeat and energetic workout! Water bottles and towels mandatory.
CARDIO CUT / CARDIO & CORE / CARDIO INTERVAL
Designed to improve cardiovascular conditioning, muscular strength, and endurance. Cardio intervals mixed with upper body, lower body, and core. A variety of equipment will be utilized in each class. Shake up your routine and try each of these instructors!
FITNESS EXPLOSION
Build stamina and strength! A combination of cardio and strength in a variety of disciplines. Includes anything from push-ups, jump rope, squats, weights, running and stairs.
CORE & MORE
Core muscles perform life's everyday tasks including bending, reaching and twisting. Our mission is to improve flexibility, joint stability, strength, endurance and coordination. Come build a strong foundation with us.
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING / TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING/STRENGTH & TONE / STRENGTH & BALANCE
Targets overall body for greater fitness! Designed to develop muscular definition, endurance and strength. A variety of equipment will be utilized.
