Meet our Teachers
Our experienced Bright Beginnings Teaching Staff provide each child with the care and individual attention they need to succeed.
Marcine Zbynski
Marcine teaches one of our morning 4 year old classes as well as the afternoon Jr. Kindergarten. Mrs. Zbynski has taught Early Childhood Education for 20 years and is very dedicated to quality teaching. She brings a wealth of experience and knowledge for kindergarten readiness. The children in her class continuously engage in exciting and fun activities that encourage participation. (Think hatching baby chicks in the spring!) Parents are pleased with all the fun learning their child experiences in Marcine’s class.

Sheila Thomsen
Sheila has been a cornerstone of Bright Beginnings for the last 10 years. Mrs. Thomsen has been an Early Childhood teacher for well over 30 years. She assists children in the love of learning and the pure enjoyment of being a child. Sheila presents a curriculum that is truly enjoyed by her students while combining laughter with a plethora of learning. Her classroom has an exciting variety of materials to explore and creative art opportunities. Sheila teaches one of the morning 4 year old classes and the afternoon New Pathways. Sheila gives her students a school year full of memories that will last a lifetime.
Sheila Thomsen
Megan Harris
Megan teaches our 2 year old classes. Ms. Harris is the teacher every parent desires for their child’s first away-from-home experience and has been with us for 8 years. Megan offers wonderful opportunities for stimulation and socialization in a safe, secure environment. She is highly experienced in addressing the developmental needs of children this age. Megan also skillfully assists parents with guidance and education throughout the year as the children make their first steps towards independence.

Dana Hansen
Dana teaches our 3 year old classes. Mrs. Hansen earned a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and Development and has well over 10 years of teaching experience in early childhood and elementary schools. Dana is enthusiastic, creative and committed to giving your child an exceptional school experience. Her students enjoy their new independence as they learn the process of selecting materials along with their proper usage and completion. Dana eagerly assists her student’s parents with parenting skills and education. Each year is full of laughter, learning and fun for all.
